Print inspection at each stage in the printing process

The EyeC product range can address virtually all aspects of artwork inspection and print inspection. Proofiler Graphics is a tool that ensures that the print ready files are consistent with the customer signed-off artwork, and that no inadvertent changes have been made to a customer file during version change or update. The Proofiler can be used to check the first-off print against the signed-off proof or to make periodic QC checks during a print run. It not only checks text and artwork against the signed-off proof but can be a barcode verifier and can inspect embossed and printed Braille. An option is available for measuring colour distance on the deltaE scale. The ProofRunner checks the complete print run either on the press or rewinder against the customer approved proof.
